The Komondor is a large herding breed originating from Hungary. It has a distinctive corded coat that resembles dreadlocks This ancient breed was developed to guard livestock and property. Komondors are loyal and protective of their family, but wary of strangers Their average lifespan is 10-12 years with proper care and attention.
