This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site.

1.       For non-billable customers, no personally identifiable information is collected except for normal IP address logging.  These IP addresses are not shared with anybody.

2.       For billable customers, an account is set up where case reference/project information is placed in a password protected area.  The information is used by the proprietor to keep track of project due dates and payment history.  This information may also be accessed by the customer upon secure login, and is not shared with anyone under any circumstances.

3.       Apache directory level security, with Patent Perspectives-Administered login credentials are used to protect the misuse of your information.

4.       Inaccuracies can be corrected upon written notice and mailed to Patent Perspectives postal address (supplied upon request).  Email request to:  cfleshner@patentperspectives.com
